Introduction to the Sewing Machine

During this class you will learn the various parts of the machine and how each part operates. Learn how to wind and thread a bobbin case, thread the machine, and change a needle. You will also learn about stitch lengths and practice sewing with paper templates and fabric. At the end of the class, you will have a completed mug rug to take home with you as well as the basics to start your own sewing projects.
