THE STECOAH EXPERIENCE

Grand Old Stage

Our grand old stage, built in 1926, faces a fully restored wooden auditorium with original vaulted ceilings – the natural acoustics are incredible! Pair that with our state of the art sound system and very talented and experienced engineer, and you have an experience like no other in Western NC.

We like to say that we’re the little rock schoolhouse with the great big sound!

Shopping

The Stecoah Artisan Gallery is open prior to each concert for ticket sales and remains open through the end of intermission. Come early to browse the work of more than a hundred local and regional artists but be sure to save time for dinner in the Schoolhouse Cafe.

Dining

The Schoolhouse Cafe is open beginning at 6 pm on concert evenings and during special events such as festival days. Concessions including locally smoked BBQ, Nathan’s All Beef Hot Dogs, House Made Pimento Cheese and home made desserts are available in the Schoolhouse Cafe when doors open – fresh, hot cinnamon rolls are served during intermission!
