In this class, we will go over how to make the dough, shape the dough and bake a loaf of artisan bread. You will also learn how to make the dough into pizza and flatbreads and sample them. We’ll go over some tips and tricks and look at some tools that are useful. Take home a small loaf of bread and a ball of dough to make at home.
