Wonky 9-Patch Stars – 2 Day Workshop

NOTE: This workshop will be a 2-day event on August 16 and August 23th from 10 am – 2 pm each day.

Have fun making these wonky 9-patch star blocks.  You don’t have to worry about making your star points even!  Make one block for a small wall hanging or several for a quilt——–the choice is yours.  At the first class we will learn the technique to make the block.  Your homework will be to make as many blocks as you like.  At the second class we will put the blocks together into a quilt top and discuss how to quilt it.  Bring your portable sewing machine to class.  Don’t have one?  Don’t worry.  Stecoah Valley Center has some machines available in the Textile Studio.  When you register, let us know if you need to reserve one.  A supply list will be provided after paid registration.  There will be a lunch break.
