Come out for an evening of heart wrenching country ballads, splashed with elements of classic rock, anchored in hard driving bluegrass music. Only one name brings all those elements together – Tim Shelton. Shelton is a familiar name in bluegrass – his soulful baritone voice was the front of NewFound Road.
After time away for family, Shelton has stepped back into the performance world with NFR co-founder Jr. Williams (banjo), alum Joe Booher (mandolin), and Avery Welter on guitar as the Tim Shelton Syndicate. Their latest album of the same name includes a cameo with Vince Gill and an original title, ‘Eli & Nancy’, which tells the true story of Tim’s grandparents in Hazard, KY.
