Stecoah JAM Camp

CANCELLED     Join us at Stecoah Valley Center for a fun filled day of workshops, jamming, concert and social dance. For students grades 4 – 12 (public, private and homeschool welcome). No JAM program affiliation required. All skill levels welcome. $25 registration fee includes meals. Meals may be purchased separately for chaperones.

  • 4:00 pm  Aubrey Atwater Performance followed by square dance with caller T-Claw Crawford and live music

  • Harmony singing
  • Beg/Int Guitar backup for tune and songs
  • Beg Clawhammer Banjo
  • Fiddle Tunes for Dancing
  • Beginner dance calling with T-Claw
  • Singing and Playing Folk Songs with Aubrey Atwater – Come join the fun with Aubrey and learn a few songs from her extensive repertoire of traditional American folk music. Bring the instrument(s) of your choice. (All levels)
  • Dancing and Playing with Aubrey Atwater –  Aubrey will teach simple freestyle flatfooting steps and play-party games. Smooth-soled or tap shoes are recommended for dance. For those who would like to play some well-known folk tunes, bring your instrument(s) and join the band! (All levels)
