SUMMARY:Experiments in Printmaking: Etching
DESCRIPTION:LET’S GET INKY! \nWe are very excited to bring the art of printmaking into our newly expanded and updated textile studio. \nEtching is a printing process used to translate a lot of detail. In this course the print design will be scratched onto a clear acrylic printing plate with a stylus. The clear plate allows you to see your drawing – or you may even work over a photograph! You can print your design on a variety of backgrounds – perfect for all of your Monoprints! \nMinimum of 4 students \nRegistration Deadline November 16th \nTuition: $45 \n
