
Every baker should know how to make a pie crust. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make a flaky all butter pie crust. You learn how to roll it out, fill it and make a lattice or double crust top.
You’ll leave class with recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home and the apple pie you made in class.
Bring a 9” pie pan. Other supplies will be provided.
