SUSAN CHAMBERS

Susan’s pursuit of artistry began in the early 90's when she took her first pottery class. She had a home studio and produced one of a kind pottery pieces that were influenced by nature. In 2002, Susan and her family moved to Almond, NC, finding an abundance of inspiration from nature. In 2004, an accident ended most of Susan’s pottery work, but she has since then taken up other crafts such as jewelry making and mosaics.

Susan’s newest designs are prayer and gratitude beads. “In the turmoil of these times it is sometimes hard to remember to be thankful for what we have”. Her gratitude beads are made up of 21 unique beads and charms. A variety of beading materials are used including crystals, gemstones, wood and polyclay. Each bead on the strand symbolizes anything you want to be thankful for each day. The gratitude beads are moderately priced and make a very special gift.
